Objective

Real estate investment is an increasingly popular way for individuals to achieve financial security. It is an exciting and emotional experience, but often complicated. While there are plenty of blogs and agencies providing information, often, buyers new to the market may struggle to get started without professional guidance and waste time viewing properties out of their range. This web app will provide them with the expertise needed to get started efficiently.

So the mood board I went with is both. I combined parts of mood board 2 into all of mood board 1 and created a third mood board that I thought best fit the persona and what users needed. The first thing that was decided on was the color scheme. In the brief, it says that brand guidelines for colors are blues, greens, and purples. So I used COOLORS to help find a palette that complemented each other while fitting into the guidelines. I choose Mood Board 2 color scheme as it had more of a calming feel while still touching on the trustworthiness and reliability the users are needing as new homebuyers. The images are there to represent the keywords as it shows the excitement and comfort of finding their dream home. I added in the plants, and textures from board 2 to complete the overall mood of board 1. All the images help convey the feelings of users when buying a home. The last element was icons and fonts. I was thinking more rounded icons helped convey a better design with the color scheme chosen. The fonts are some choices that could be chosen but I am still not sure of the fonts that complement the over all design.
